How do I use Skkyn?

Setup your account in the app. Fill in your car details, tag your location and select a time when you’d like your car to be washed.

Does Skkyn offer any additional services?

Interior Wash: A deep clean vacuum treatment with our special stain removing serum keeps foul odours, stubborn stains and junk at bay. Leather seats? No worries. Our products are safe to use all surfaces. Skkyn and shine from within! Time: 15 minutes.

Engine Detailing: Keep your engine in top notch condition with our special protective coating that prevents dust accumulation.Time: 15 minutes.

Skynn Max: A deep shine treatment that not only makes your car shimmer, shine and sparkle, but also protects paint from oxidation and fading. Time: 30 minutes extra.

Can I just get the interior of my car cleaned?

This additional service is currently only available with the exterior wash. This applies to all extra services.

How long does a Skkyn wash take?

A normal Skkyn wash takes 30 minutes. Each additional service will take 15-30 minutes extra.

How often can I book a Skkyn wash?

As often as you like; our washers are available throughout the day and evening, all year long.

Can I schedule a wash anytime?

You can schedule a wash within our working hours. If you try booking a wash outside working hours, you will be prompted to select the next earliest available time. Timings during Ramadan and public holidays are subject to change, and you will be notified well in advance.

Can I book washes for multiple cars?

Of course! Simply add your vehicles to your profile, and choose which ones you’d like to have washed. Opt for a subscription plan to save more on multiple cars.

Can I get my car washed anywhere in Dubai?

Yes! Simply tag your vehicle’s location, and mention a landmark or two if you think it will help us locate your car faster. Whether you’re indulging in retail therapy at the mall, exercising at the gym, or busy at work, let us know where your car is and we’ll be there as soon as possible to wash it.

How do I cancel, reschedule or modify a wash?

Simply go to the orders menu page on the app, and amend/cancel your wash.

Please note, you will not be able to cancel you wash once our washer is on the way, and you will be charged for the wash. Track your wash status on the active orders menu page.

From the Active Order Screen in the menu.

Who washes my car?

Your vehicle is in the safe hands of a licensed and trained car-wash professional.

How am I charged per wash?

Your credit or debit card will be charged as soon as the washer reaches your vehicle.

We recommend a Skkyn subscription that guarantees a 10% saving per wash. We also support payments via cash.

How do I get a promocode?

Every wash earns you a promocode that you can use to avail of discounts at our affiliate partners. Affiliate promocodes can be used to get discounts from products and service ranging from airplane tickets to We also provide you seasonal promocodes that you can use for availing Skkyn services.

How do I refer a friend?

Refer a friend to Skkyn via Whatsapp or Facebook and enjoy AED 5 Skkyn Credits when they download the app and register using the unique referral code that you shared. They will also earn AED 5 Skkyn Credits.

To share your promocode, go to Skkyn Credits in the menu screen and share via whatsapp, Facebook or email. Your personalized promo code will be available to share with friends and family.

What is a Skkyn subscription?

A Skkyn subscription allows you to schedule multiple washes on a weekly, monthly or annual basis with the bonus of a 10% discount per wash.

Why should I subscribe?

A subscription saves you money and time. Add a subscription plan for each vehicle and double your savings.

How do I manage a subscription?

Go to the subscription option in the menu screen to modify your subscription.

How am I charged for a subscription?

You can schedule multiple washes but will only be charged on a per wash basis. If you have booked 10 washes, you will not be charged for all 10 at once, but only per wash.

What happens if I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel the subscription for free any time!

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued as Skkyn Credits to your account. One Skkyn credit is equivalent to 1 AED and this will be applied as discount for your next order with Skkyn. Refunds will be done through the Original Mode of Payment if specifically requested by the user. Refunds can be processed if an order is cancelled.

Payment Confirmation

We will charge your card only when our washer has reached the location of your vehicle. Payment confirmation will be sent to you by email within 30 minutes. You will have to pay the washer up front if you are availing the payment type as cash.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order free of charge until 30 mins from your booking time. Once the washer has reached your location to deliver the service, your order cannot be cancelled and are liable to pay the full amount as specified in the order. Any refunds will be made back to the card used initially by you. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
